Save Our Beach and the City of Seal Beach will provide protective gloves, garbage bags and porta potties with sinks. The City of Seal Beach also provides 2 city workers and a truck to haul away the trash. Notes: Parking Area 1) Take Pacific Coast Highway and at 1st Street, go North and park diagonally along the access road (there will be large yellow signs with arrows on PCH pointing to this parking location and a blue 10'x 10' canopy at this parking location with 2 people helping you get parked and get down to the riverbed) Parking Areas 2) & 3) Take Pacific Coast Highway and go South on 1st Street and you can park on either side of the street (even though it's posted 1 hour parking - we have special permission for this day) or you can drive down to the end of the street and pull into the beach parking lot and park there.
